IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All opportunities are independent contractor opportunities and are not employment positions.
Income is not guaranteed. Earnings depend on factors including the number of clients served, tax preparation fees charged, funded returns, compliance with program requirements, and the contractor’s individual business efforts.
Tax preparation fees begin at a minimum of $400 and may increase based on the complexity of the return, required forms and schedules, due-diligence requirements, and additional tax preparation services.
Applicable bank fees, service bureau fees, transmission fees, technology fees, refund advance fees, and other third-party charges are separate from tax preparation fees.
All preparers must complete required training, maintain a valid PTIN, complete the required IRS Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP) at their own expense, and sign the applicable Independent Contractor Agreement before preparing returns through RL Tax & Business Launch.
